Mini Fizzies

 
Multi Use Mini Fizz can be used as a bath bomb, shower fizz or face steam.
 
For Shower use: place in the corner of the shower where minimal water hits, start the fizz by sprinkling some water over it and let it do its thing, it will fill the shower with wonderful aromas to enjoy.
 
For Bath use: Fill bath to desired depth, get in, place your mini fizz in the bath and let it fizz away, you can hold it and watch it fizz up or let it go to do it's own thing.
 
For Face Steam use: fill a bowl or sink with hot water, place mini fizz in hot water, lean over the steam, place a towel over your head to enclose you and the steam and inhlae the aromas gently.

Eucalyptus
Eucalyptus essential oil is a powerful essential oil and is mainly used for respiratory conditions, it is excellent for soothing flu, throat infections, coughs and sinus symptoms. Helpful with general muscular aches and pains. Clears the mind and soothes the emotions and helps clears the skin.
 
 
Lavender
It helps to cleanse and calm the emotions, relieving anger or exhaustion. Its balancing effect on central nervous system may be valuable in depressive states.
Helps calm palpitations; relieves insomnia, headaches and stress. Should relieve pain in muscular spasms: good for sprains. Helps respiratory complaints. Useful with menstrual problems.
Lavender promotes the growth of new cells and exerts a balancing action on sebum, thus useful for most skin conditions. Excellent for burns and sunburn. Useful for skin inflammation.
Caution: helps regulate menstrual flow, so do not use during pregnancy. May cause drowsiness for those with low blood pressure.
